Rub/marinade

mix

·         Lemon juice

·         Olive oil

·         Kosher Salt

·         Grind pepper

·         Fresh oregano

·         Fresh rosemary

·         Dried thyme

 Directions

1.       Rub in 2/3 marinade

2.       Truss the chicken

3.       Rub in remaining marinade

4.       Sprinkle with all purpose greek seasoning

5.       Refrigerate over night
