         Whole chicken

Rub/marinade

mix

         Lemon juice

         Olive oil

         Kosher Salt

         Grind pepper

         Fresh oregano

         Fresh rosemary

         Dried thyme

Directions

1.       Rub in 2/3 marinade

2.       Truss the chicken

3.       Rub in remaining marinade

4.       Sprinkle with all purpose greek seasoning

5.       Refrigerate over night
