Coconut Shrimp serves 2

Half a pound of shrimp approx

Marinade 3+ hours in fridge

         Cup of coconut milk light

         Finely chopped onion 2 table spoons

         Clove of minced garlic

         Grated ginger teaspoon

         Cilantro finely chopped 1 table spoon

         1 -2 or more table spoons of granulated sugar

         1 table spoons of teriyaki sauce

Mix well

Bbq until pink 3-5 minutes
